Founded with a mission to serve families in Medina and the surrounding area, we combine academic excellence with spiritual growth to prepare children for lifelong success.
Mrs. Amber
Hey, my name is Amber Haynes. I have been the owner and director here at MCLC Kids since 2018. I have a bachelor’s degree in business management, and I have been in childcare for 19 years. I have an amazing husband and six children at home that keep me very busy. I have really enjoyed being able to serve the children and families of our community over the years.
Ms. Diana
I’m Diana and I've been the assistant director since 2023 here at MCLC Kids. I have been in childcare for 14 years, with 9 of those being here. I’m originally from Louisiana, but made Tennessee my home. Outside of work, I enjoy crafting, being a wife, mom, and most of all, a maw-maw to my two grandchildren!

Hello, my name is Mrs. Amanda. I have been living in Medina for over 10 years. I am happily married with two girls, a boy, and a fur baby. I also have 3 grandbabies. I am CPR certified and have been working at MCLC for almost 3 years now. I love getting to do what I do every day!
Ms. Gracie
Hello, my name is Gracie Tyler, and I’m a floater at MCLC! I’m from Nashville, but have lived in Medina for 8 years. I’ve been working at MCLC Kids for 5 years and I am also a nail tech at Blame It On My Roots in Mckenzie, TN! After I graduated high school, I attended Arnold’s Beauty School to pursue my career as a nail tech! I love being able to work in childcare while also establishing my business!
Ms. Raven
Hello, my name is Raven Austin, and I’m thrilled to be a preschool teacher at MCLC Kids. With two years of experience in childcare, I joined the team in the fall of 2022. Born and raised in the small towns of Humboldt and Dyer, Tennessee, I’m proud of my West Tennessee roots. After graduating high school, I pursued higher education at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Today, I’m a Licensed Dental Hygienist and a pre-k teacher, combining my passion for education and healthcare. What brings me joy is creating a nurturing environment where my students can learn to manage their emotions, build strong relationships with their peers, and grow into compassionate individuals. I’m grateful to be part of the MCLC team!
Ms. Brooklyn
Hi, I’m Ms. Brooklyn! I graduated South Gibson in 2020 and Summa Cum Laude at Jackson State in 2022. This will be my fourth year of teaching and I’ve been apart of the MCLC team since July of 2024. I am also a licensed esthetician! My shop is located in Milan, Tennessee where I offer facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup, birthday/events, etc. when I’m not here with you! I don’t have any children of my own, however, I claim and care for all kids as I would my own. I can’t wait to start learning together and get to know all of you!

My name is Jacki Edmiston! I am married with one child in college. I am the nursery teacher in the Beach Babies room. I have been at MCLC Kids since March of 2024. I love working with the babies and watching them grow and learn!
Ms. Jenni
Hello, I’m Ms. Jenni! I have been working for MCLC Kids for over a year now. I have worked with kids most of my life. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Human and Behavioral Science and a minor in Psychology. I have five children of my own and love helping children to grow and develop!
Ms. Kimberly
My name is Kimberly. I am a one year old assistant teacher at MCLC Kids. I graduated South Gibson County High School in May of 2024, and have been working at MCLC Kids since September of 2024. I love working with kids and being able to teach them. I hope to teach my students new skills and guide them into development. I also hope to create a safe and happy environment for them!

My name is Danielle but the kids call me “Dani”. I started at MCLC in September of 2024. I am very excited to be lead teacher in Wild 3s and watching your children learn and grow everyday. I have found my passion in working with kids.
Ms. Brianna (Bri)
Hi! My name is Brianna, but I go by Bri. I’ve worked at MCLC for 3 years now with the one year olds and I love it! I have a cat named Cleo & a niece and nephew named Ada & Jaxon. I aspire to become a teacher one day. Until then, my purpose is right here at MCLC!

Hi, my name is Emma-Grace! I’m 18 years old and have worked for MCLC since May of 2024! I’m currently in college to be a teacher and love all things science! I quickly came to find my passion and love in teaching, and can’t wait to keep growing at MCLC!

My name is Judy Duncan! I work part time in the nurseries. I love taking care of the babies, and treat them all like their my grandchildren!
Ms. Zina
Hello, my name is Zina Juarez, a floater at MCLC Kids. I have been working in childcare since 2020, when I graduated from high school. I was born and raised in San Diego, California, and moved to Tennessee in January of 2023. While in high school, I took two child development classes and fell in love with working with kids hands-on. What I love about childcare is getting to teach the word of God and help develop their skills and knowledge in life. I want parents to know that their kids are in good hands!

My name is Emma Yancey, and I am 21 years old! I have worked at MCLC Kids for about years and have been in childcare for about 7, and have loved it! I am currently a part time esthetician student at D.A.Y cosmetology school, and enjoy spending time with family and friends!

My name is Julie. I just started at MCLC Kids working in the Berry Babies nursery. I have a one year old little girl in ocean. I love the kids and people here!
Ms. Ashlyn
My name is Ashlyn, but the kids call me “Ashy.” I have been at MCLC since August of 2022. I started as an assistant teacher in the one year old class and became lead shortly after. I love to spend time with friends/family and read. I have always had a passion for working with kids! I’m excited to watch everyone learn, love, and grow in the classroom!

Hola! I’m Miss Stephanie. I’ve been working in childcare for about 9 years now. I’m Hispanic and my first language is Spanish. I’m the oldest of 6. Raised my siblings and somehow knew… I loved being around children. My life consists of church and work. I love my church and church family! They are a great deal with my life and journey as well as my career in childcare!

Hi! My name is Samantha Bell. I have been working here for about 13 to 14 years. I am the 2 ½ year old teacher. I really enjoy working with kids. I love spending time with all my babies. The love and joy that they bring to my life each day make me feel very loved and special!
Ms. Adrianna
Hello, my name is Adrianna, but the kids call me “AA” for short! Working with little kids has always been a passion of mine so I took on a job here August of 2021! I am a lead teacher of the 1 year old's and I love every bit of it! Watching them grow and learn new things has been such a blessing! I am also a mother to a 1 year old little girl named Ansley! She has made me look at life in a whole new perspective! I married my husband in September of 2024! I’m so thankful for my job and all it has to offer!

Hi, my name is Mrs. Aimee. I am a mother of two, I’ve been married to my husband since 2019. I am a pre-k teacher here at MCLC Kids. I absolutely love teaching your children and getting to be apart of their experiences and growth. When I’m not working, you can typically find me around family and friends, going camping or trail riding, and reading!

My name is Vanessa Frandsen. I am the lead teacher in the 1 year old room. I have been in childcare for 22 years. I have three children of my own. I love watching kids grow and learn!
Ms. Lenzie
Hi, I’m Ms. Lenzie! I joined MCLC Kids shortly after moving to Tennessee in 2021. Before that, I taught Sunday school ages 3-6 for five years while I worked at Hobby Lobby and took college courses for early childhood education. I have always loved working with children, and have always wanted to teach. I enjoy watching kids learn and discover new things. My goal for my classroom is to create a safe environment where my students can get excited about learning!

Hello! My name is Taylor. I am the Berry Babies teacher. I have been working at MCLC Kids for 2 years now and love it dearly! Some of my favorite things to do are reading, hanging out with friends and family, and being an auntie to my niece and nephew! I am so excited to meet you and your sweet babies!

Hi, my name is Simone, and I’m a floater at MCLC Kids. I’ve been working here for a year and a half. I graduated from Humboldt High School, where I played basketball throughout my high school years. I love working here and truly enjoy spending time with the kids!
Ms. Stacy
Hi, my name is Stacy, but the kids call me “Ms. Spacey.” Working at MCLC Kids has been one of the most fulfilling jobs I’ve ever had. As a kitchen worker, I have the pleasure of serving breakfast and being one of the first to greet the children as they arrive. I love seeing their bright smiles each morning and watching them grow throughout their time here. It’s my pleasure to serve each and every child!

Hi, I’m Kelly Sebastian, and I’m from Lexington, TN. Growing up, I always knew I wanted to work with children, and now I’ve been in childcare for two years. I’m currently in school pursuing a degree in education, and I love coming to work every day to see the kids’ sweet faces!

Hello, my name is Danielle Julian. I am originally from Michigan but have lived in Tennessee for the past 17 years. I recently got married in November 2024 and have one stepdaughter. I have been working at MCLC Kids since July 2024 as a floater, and I truly enjoy working with the kiddos. Watching them learn and grow is such a rewarding experience!
Ms. Luljeta (Lula)
My name is Luljeta, but everyone calls me Lula. I’m originally from Southeast Europe, Kosovo. I have a daughter who is a freshman at South Gibson County High School. I have been working in childcare since 2019 and joined MCLC Kids in August 2024. I’ve had the opportunity to help in multiple classrooms, and I love getting to know all of the kids!

Hello! My name is Jess. I’ve been working in childcare since high school, and I’ve been part of the MCLC team for a year now. I know I’ve truly found my calling here. In my spare time, I love spending time with my niece and being outdoors. My faith is very important to me—it has shaped me into the person I am today. I’m so excited to help your children learn and grow!

Hi, my name is Ms. Dawn, and I’m a teacher in the two-year-old class. I’ve been working at MCLC Kids for five years, and I absolutely love what I do! I live on a farm and spend all my extra time with my six wonderful grandchildren.
Ms. Providensia (Provi)
Hi, my name is Providensia, but everyone calls me “Provi.” I’ve been working at MCLC Kids for three years now in the kitchen, and I love what I do! Although I was born in the United States, my parents are from Puerto Rico. I have a passion for dancing, painting, and singing! As the oldest sibling in my family, I take great pride in my work. I love my boss, and I’m so grateful to be part of a team that feels like family!

Hey my name is Emery. I have recently come back to MCLC Kids, and I also run a Rodeo company. I do breakaway roping for the rodeo. I have a passion for horses and photography. I am excited to be backw working with children!
Ms. Alyssa
My name is Alyssa. I started at MCLC Kids in March of 2025. I am a mom of 2, and I love spending time with family and friends. I have always had a passion for working with kids! I am also a very big animal lover! I am very excited to be a part of MCLC Kids and look forward to watching your children learn and grow everyday.

Hi! My name is jenna, I’m 21 years old and I’ve been working here since April. I absolutely love kids working with kids and watching them learn and grow. Before this I was dog grooming and serving tables at texas roadhouse. I have two adopted dogs that I spend most of my time with when I’m not here. I’ve always loved being around kids and I’m so excited to see where this journey takes me!
